1960’s Viners canteen of Sable Cutlery designed by Gerald Benney
Not as well known or as commonly seen as his Studio design also in stainless steel , but equally stylish and well made .
Here we have 6 full settings plus 2 serving spoons in it’s original canteen with a black walnut veneered top .
Unusually there are both coffee spoons and teaspoons as well as fish knives and forks . One of the photos shows 9 elements , but there is another fork to make 10 pieces with 6 of each . 2 Serving spoons make a total of 62 pieces plus the canteen .
All the cutlery is in lovely vintage condition . The canteen has a couple of small knocks and some scratches , but if required we can have it cleaned and re-polished for an extra charge .
