1970s Turnidge of London teak bureau
Turnidge were a small maker in the 1960s and 70s specialising in bookcases , bureaus , glazed cabinets and bars . So unlike larger competitors they weren’t making dining or bedroom pieces . Always nice quality and simple lines often with some Scandinavian style detailing .
We’ve give it a quick clean and oil , but if you look closely you will see minor signs of wear like small scratches etc which you have to expect after some 40 plus years of use .
