Mid-Century vintage teak British 1960s cheval mirror .
A bit like buses , you wait for ages then 3 turn up at once , well it’s just the same with teak British cheval mirrors . It’s 2 to 3 years since we’ve had one , then we find 2 of the model we’ve had before , and now we have this model which we’ve never seen or had until now !
Lovely quality , although the best is not usually seen which is the uprights at the back , which are very elegant and nicely made . As with the other 2 we don’t know who the maker is , but with this one it could be A Younger or Dalescraft possibly .
It dates to the mid-1960s , and it’s on shepherds castors which were used on Ercol sideboards , so can easily take the weight of a mirror like this . Makes it really easy to move it around . The angle of the mirror is also adjustable , so great for a clothes shop .
In lovely vintage condition .
