Quirky 1960s British cocktail serving trolley
A good quality piece that’s larger than most so would be great for a coffee shop or small restaurant . The tray top lifts off to reveal a serving surface with a removeable teak divider that could be used for separating cutlery or serving spoons etc .
The teak is in lovely clean condition , but there are a few marks to the white surfaces which have their original finish of white faux leather . We could have these re-done either with a new laminate ( white or black ) or with new faux leather of any colour , and can get a quote for this . We think it’s in very useable condition as it is .
It’s not labelled , and it’s not a design we have seen before , but it would have been expensive when new . It moves well on it’s vintage heavy duty Shepherds castors . These castors were used by Ercol for many of their sideboards so they’re capable of taking much larger weights than a normal trolley would .
