Set of 6 Moller dining chairs upholstered in Eleanor Pritchard studios cloth.
This set of 6 dining chairs were designed by Niels Moller, dated early to mid 1960’s they are model 75 in solid teak.
The seats have been completely stripped back to the frame and re built. They have new upholstery starting with pirrelli webbing, a base lining, quality foam and finally the top cover is in Eleanor Pritchard, Aerial – Totley cloth. The Eleanor Pritchard cloth is 92% wool, 8% nylon mix, its a great heavy cloth suitable for upholstery in a hot orange with a black and white marl accent. The pattern is inspired by the Totley transmitter mast on Emley Moor in West Yorkshire. The striking orange looks great with the teak and the texture of the fabric will be practical on a dining chair.
This set of 6 Niels Moller dining chairs consists of 4 dining chairs and 2 carvers. It is possible to add to the set as we have extra chairs available making it possible to increase the set up to 8 or 10. The breakdown cost for these Mollers in this premium fabric is £550 per carver and £375 per dining chair, we will not split the set but can upholster more to expand it.
