Tall 1960s Austinsuite teak chest of drawers designed by Frank Guille
Austinsuite were one of the largest British makers of bedroom furniture in the 1960s and in Frank Guille they had a very accomplished designer . A typical feature of his designs for them in the early to mid 1960s was the use of a rosewood veneer for the front of handles to give a contrast with the lighter teak .
In lovely condition this chest is larger than most of the time so gives plenty of storage . We’ve given it a light clean and oil . Its on small wheels so easy to move around .
Its 115.5cms high 84cms wide and 42.5cms deep ( plus projecting handles )
