A rare design by John + Sylvia Reid for the quality firm of Stag . Most of the Stag designs have known names , but i haven't found many pieces illustrated and none named . The 3 tones of wood used in this design make it particularly stylish ,with many of the features that are typical of the husband and wife team .
Each of the 3 pieces are being listed separately so that i can show more pictures,but hopefully will be sold together .
This chest is 112.5cms wide , 70cms high and 43cms deep .
In good vintage condition , the only noticeable thing is that the veneer has split a little on the lower long drawer and has "bubbled" up . This is only noticeable on close inspection , and as its a lower drawer not very obvious .
