this is an utterly fab design , and super quality . produced by lundtofte of denmark its illustrated in the 1963 book "contemporary design in metalwork " by brian larkman with s.h.glenister .this 1963 book attributes the design to the little known lone sachs , and has the maker as andersen and burchardt a/s . lundtofte always has the dkf mark of dansk knivfabrik , could andersen and burchardt be an earlier name ?the same book also illustrates tias eckhoff designs correctly marked as by dansk knivfabrik .
this set is not for sale , but i can look out for another one . |
